These terms apply to the apps published by Felipe Cuellar (El Progreso Diario), Colombia (“we”), including MenVisagism. By installing or using an app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Using the apps

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows it. You must be at least 18 years old to use MenVisagism.

Advice, not guarantees

The style recommendations in MenVisagism are guidelines based on visagism, not professional, medical or aesthetic advice. Results depend on the photo, the lighting and your own choices. Use them to start a conversation with your barber or optician.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription, such as MenVisagism Premium. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service:

  • the price and billing period are shown before you buy;
  • the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it;
  • you can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for;
  • refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, without prejudice to the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

Your content and data

Photos you analyze stay on your device. How each app handles data is explained in its privacy policy, such as the MenVisagism privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the apps useful and working, but we can’t guarantee that they will be free of errors or available at all times. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a significant way, we will update this page and the date above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
